I planted 120 seeds without soaking and 8 days later I had 113 seedlings.

8 out of ten up in just seven days! Turned a spare bedroom into a greenhouse using a space heater and a humidifier. Room is 88 degrees with 30 percent humidity on the sunny side of the house.
Water them using spray bottle that I filled with boiled water.

almost all my bhut seeds have germinated in a short amount of time while my friend did not soak his seeds and he has had no luck with habaneros which germ faster than bhut jolokia.
