I just wanted to give some feedback on customer service. I live in Bryan, TX. I bought ten seeds and tried to plant six of them. I was unable to get them started. I called Jamie on the phone just looking for some advice on what I may be doing wrong and how I should procede with the other 4. He promptly sent me twice what I had ordered and asked me to call him back and we would go through the process when the seeds got to me. I did not expect this type of response. The man obviously has a great deal of pride in his business and wants to help others to succede in their on garden. I am incredibly impressed with the customer service I have recieved and will be happy to refer anyone interested in these peppers to him. Thanks Jamie!
