I was still sleeping when my mom woke me up saying "A tsunami is coming". So then i got up and stay glued to the KGMB news for 5 hours (well, actually, I pred my normal hurricane emergency kit first, then later I watch the news). Luckily, my home was in the non-evacuation zone, so we didn't need to move to higher ground. When the waves finally reach us, it just turn out to be 3 foot swells (I think that one guy who was in waikiki beach when the tsunami wave hit us next should thank his lucky starts...what a stupid man). .The tsunami effects weren't that major (thank god). I hope something survive in your plantation field.
